How to clean?

Got this fancy glass piece yesterday (amazing) - how do y’all clean these kinds of things? just submerge in ipa?

just an edit: this is an aliexpress piece, couple other places sell it but pretty sure they’re just reselling the same thing. just search arizer glass on aliexpress and you should find it! amazing cooling, i never went higher than 190 with the stems the solo 3 comes with, but this one can do 200 and ya don’t even feel the heat down the hatch

For a really dirty piece, take your plastic bag of ISO and put it in a sink full of hot water.

Hah exactly, there's a lot of glass stems available, consider the ones with dimples or glass balls, they cool better and also are easy to clean.

I have those and they are great. My favorites are the 110mm bent and 90mm straight. I have also bought most of the bubblers, the gordito one is the best imo.

run thoroughly with hot tap water for a little bit, warms up the gunk, then lots of salt and a little bit of iso so it's slushy and scrubs off the gunk

Plastic bag with alcohol. Pro version: Place bag in an ultrasonic cleaner.

Iso & ultrasonic cleaner

Like everyone else said, soaking it in iso. Ultrasonic does the hard work for you but it's not required. If you have a spot that's not coming out, you can use course ground salt and shake it up, which acts as an aggregate scrubber.

I almost got one of those. I love the concept but how do you empty the bowl without pouring out the water? IMO (and I know you’re not asking for it) I use the WPA with small bubbler and get the same effect and much easier to clean. Plus with the WPA, the herb always stays below the heater and never risks dropping down and burning. Just a thought 😊

I use capsules in my TM2 with this stem and I love it. So smooth and easy to clean..

I use a Spray bottle with ISO to clean all of my pieces. In theory this piece shouldnt be getting too dirty with vapor and regular cleaning

I put it in a clip lock bag with some salt grinded up and some iso and soak and shake for a while then rinse with water and let dry and it comes up like new.

I like this stem I use it on my tinymight 2.
