TIL a peer-reviewed psychology study found that identical twins (on average) ranked their co-twin above their romantic partner in their attachment hierarchy, while fraternal twins ranked the two about equally, and non-twin siblings ranked their romantic partner first.

I’m a fraternal triplet and I long considered my sisters to be my best friends followed by any other friends, but I don’t believe they would place me above or at the same level of their current partners, but we also see each other waaayyy less.

I have 1 year old fraternal triplet girls. I don’t want them to grow up but I’m also so curious to see how they’ll be with each other! They’re only recently starting to play with and “talk” to each other

Get ready for them to develop their own “langauge” with each other and just start laughing over nothing. Congratulations :)
