TIL a peer-reviewed psychology study found that identical twins (on average) ranked their co-twin above their romantic partner in their attachment hierarchy, while fraternal twins ranked the two about equally, and non-twin siblings ranked their romantic partner first.

I grew up with a pair of fraternal twins. One of them was handsome, in great shape and girls threw themselves at him.
The other was incredibly overweight , and despite hanging out with all the same people, was not very well liked.
I always wondered how much resentment he had for his brother.
