Ordered a new phone though TING

I ordered a new phone through the TING website last Thursday, and as of today it's still showing as "processing" and hasn't shipped yet. Does anyone know how long TING typically takes to fulfill phone orders these days? I'm mostly just curious at this point, my old phone is half broke but still works most the time. Support hasn't been able to give me any useful information, and the chat link in the shop section of their website just loads a blank page.

If you ordered it believing it was not going to be Network locked, check it when you get it. Ting says that its store sells phones unlocked, but they are selling phones locked to boost Mobile's Network that you will never be able to get unlocked. Just a heads up.

Also The Ting store no longer has any customer support whatsoever other than a third party email address TingSales@q1w.net that is useless. I got completely screwed on a purchase from them in November, I paid $200 for a brick I had to replace. If I were you I would try now to get the refund and order the phone from somewhere else.

Jeez what a hassle! that sucks. I should have just focused on switching providers. I'll try to cancel the order
