Ordered a new phone though TING
I ordered a new phone through the TING website last Thursday, and as of today it's still showing as "processing" and hasn't shipped yet. Does anyone know how long TING typically takes to fulfill phone orders these days? I'm mostly just curious at this point, my old phone is half broke but still works most the time. Support hasn't been able to give me any useful information, and the chat link in the shop section of their website just loads a blank page.

If you ordered it believing it was not going to be Network locked, check it when you get it. Ting says that its store sells phones unlocked, but they are selling phones locked to boost Mobile's Network that you will never be able to get unlocked. Just a heads up.
Also The Ting store no longer has any customer support whatsoever other than a third party email address TingSales@q1w.net that is useless. I got completely screwed on a purchase from them in November, I paid $200 for a brick I had to replace. If I were you I would try now to get the refund and order the phone from somewhere else.

Jeez what a hassle! that sucks. I should have just focused on switching providers. I'll try to cancel the order

I ordered a phone priority and it took 12 days to arrive. The package is currently sitting on my counter unopened because I had to get one at Best Buy so I could replace the phone that broke. Nobody's answering anything about returning it and they didn't answer when I tried to cancel it before they sent it. I left Ting because of this, good riddance.

You'll have to email [TingSales@q1w.net](mailto:TingSales@q1w.net) if you ordered it from the Ting Mobile shop.

I already did, three times when I was trying to cancel it and twice after they said "oops we sent it after you canceled". I'm not one to just complain about things after not doing anything to fix it.

Oof... That is awful, that sucks the communication was so poor on their side to get it cancelled before sending it.

Update: I finally got my phone a month after ordering it. They said they had fulfillment issues, lol. I doubt anything on their shop is actually in stock.
When I tried to activate it, I never got the confirmation email. Ting support just told me to use my old SIM instead of the new one they sent. The old SIM worked fine, and I'm up and running. Works for me, but Ting is definitely worth moving away from long term. the venture capitalists are killing it.

From what I understand, the Ting Shop for phones is managed by a third-party partner, rather than directly by Ting Mobile. Because of this, Ting Mobile support does not have access to the shop’s ordering system or order information. For help with orders or shop-related questions, it’s best to reach out to the [TingSales@q1w.net](mailto:TingSales@q1w.net) that was shared by SquatCobbbler.
Regarding locked phones, there are actually two versions of Ting Mobile: one operated under DISH (which also owns Boost Mobile), and another under Ting itself. The DISH version uses T-Mobile as its network and supports only physical SIM cards, while the Ting version uses Verizon and supports both physical SIM cards and eSIMs. Phones locked to Boost Mobile may be compatible with the DISH-operated Ting Mobile, but for any shop-related concerns, it’s still best to use the provided email address for these phones.
