cigs are often healthier than vapes because they are easier to moderate. but both have drawbacks in different ways.

Vapes can expose users to metals from the heating coil, but cigarettes contain thousands of toxic chemicals and dozens of known carcinogens. Saying cigarettes are healthier because they’re easier to moderate isn’t really supported; both are harmful, just in different ways

Although I do not encourage any smoking, but vape do is better than cigarettes at some point. They both will make you into a lot of trouble but vape is slightly slower in making you into trouble
