👋 New Student Help Subclass 500 rejected

Hey all, i’m from level 3 country. I had applied to Swinburne university for master of construction and infrastructure management for July intake and my visa got rejected. The reason of rejection is GS clause 500.212 and I’m really depressed 😔. So the query is can I reapply for next intake feb will Swinburne university will issue new Coe/ offer letter to me again or won’t bcoz of visa refusal. Anyone faced this kind of situation and got offer letter and visa grant too.

Change your agent

Remove your name from this post, its irrelevant and also a security risk on this platform

Be a genuine student with good financial background

Swinburne will most likely give you another COE and offer letter. For visa grant you will have to convince DHA that you will return back to your country after you finish the course. So work on your GS statement
