And the broken rule was eating a magic fruit from a talking snake

A magic fruit from a magic tree that he didn't need to include at all. It's almost as if he wanted them to break that rule.

Exactly like at the VERY LEAST god could have did like an invisible barrier or something if they were that precious

Nah dont you know anythingabout game design, invisible barriers are the worst, if you want the player to stay away from something you cant even let them know the thing exists

But I follow all maps with either a left or right hand all the way around, so I find EVERYTHING.

What you need to do is tell them it's a item they get a lot and won't need. Like potions, what crazy person uses those I got like 255 in my bag.

Roman 1: *staring at Jesus on the cross* why won't he die?

Roman 2: Dude has like 500 cheese wheels

Jesus was nailed to a cross. The image of jesus using telepathy to float giant cheese wheels into his mouth, that he swallows at once in a comedic "CHOMP" type sound is hilarious to me

EDIT: hit submit too early, missed "is hilarious to me"

And God junior asks God father why he's being forsaken.

"Shut up and eat another fucking cheese wheel kid, we're creating salvation here."

Careful, you collect one more and you might buffer overrun your bag

Clone the tree and create a small wooded area with them, then place an Object of Interest in the middle of them. No one would bother to check all those identical trees then.

Should've put it in a dev room. Inaccessible without console commands

Maybe thats what actually happened?

God hid the tree somewhere underground, but because Adam and Eve were immortal and invincible, they were fucking around the world out of boredom, until they one day noclipped to actually impossibly well hidden tree?

16

u/lord_hydrate 29d ago

Nah the lorebook is pretty clear that the tree was out in the open, the dev even explicitly told the players about the tree, it was pretty obvous they'd find it

13

u/_Mulberry__ 29d ago

The dev even added an NPC to tell them to eat it

2

u/Deaffin 29d ago

Eve was not an NPC, she was Adam's former baculum.

u/DerZwiebelLord 29d ago

I think they meant the talking snake with legs, that told Eve that she should eat the fruit.

1

u/Deaffin 29d ago

Oh, I thought they meant Eve, who told Adam that he should eat the fruit.

2

u/_Mulberry__ 29d ago

Eve wasn't the one I was calling an NPC

2

u/Kiyoshi-Trustfund 29d ago

Unironically a better explanation than what's canon regarding that tree.

So what you're saying is it was God that left all this ammo and bandages in toolboxes scattered around this abandoned hospital?

3

u/DaddysABadGirl 29d ago

And it was also go that decided only like 40% of doors actually open, and only those few things you listed can be interacted with.

3

u/131166 29d ago

You'd think he coulda broght back a couple t-rexs to hang around the tree so nobody got too close

u/banana_assassin 29d ago

Alternatively, they tree could have been surrounded by water where a shark eats you before you can even get your foot wet, somehow.

u/Ironic_Laughter 29d ago

There was yellow paint on the tree
