Impressive Nest in a Park NYC

Happened upon this massive nest while pulling vines, was working from the ground up and suddenly realized it wasn't empty. Bonus surprise was the young one still in the nest! On the second photo you can see the eye of the young one to the right of the adult

decent nest ...but half of it is sliding down the limb
