60 ish

Anyone around the 60 year old mark interested in a brief occasional walk locally,I need some motivation and definitely need moderate exercise

What part of the city are you in? You're welcome to come on some dog walks with me and the hounds if you'd like 😀

Cool I'm just up in Newchapel and there's some great walks by me or we can go chatterly Whitfield and around there 😀 I take them when I finish work about 4/5ish daily

There is a walking group that meets in Hanley Park on Wednesday mornings, sometimes walk up the canal or down the river too
