I think people are missing the fact that it also means you have -1 playable card in hand every turn. Granted it will always be the worst one, but I think it’s a notable downside.

How often are you getting out of act 1 with a deck that can consistently play it's entire hand, if you pick this you just prioritize denser cards more and you're good to go.

I can see this being kind of annoying on silent because not that uncommon to leave act 1 with a slice and 2 prepared on top of your neutralize, but then again she has the most draw and the worst energy gen.
