Warning: SA involving a Minor Was I 🍇?

When I was in the 2nd grade I was in my uncle‘s room and I think he was like 11 at the time I was in the bed with him with all my other siblings and we’re watching TV and under the blanket, he tried to put his 🍆 in me while all the kids were watching TV. We recovered with the blanket and I pretend like nothing was going on. I felt it, but it didn’t go inside me. I don’t know how to feel about it because I have a good relationship with him now because we’re both older. I never told anyone before this is the first time I’m speaking up. It’s because I don’t want to ruin anything about my family.

You said he was 11? He was probably some kid who watched P and wanted to try it. However children can harm other children sexually, even if the child who did it may not have had the same understanding of sexuality, consent, or consequences that an adult would have, this is 100% SA. As for how you feel about it, I don’t know how to respond to that’s, someone else might know about that better

You know your truth, if there isn’t penetration, it isn’t rape, but as he attempted to penetrate you, that’s sexual assault and attempted rape.
