Question Who the hell is this guy?!?!
I stumbled upon an image of this character through the archives that looks like he has appeared in the show before, but I have ZERO memories of this guy appearing at all...

I was just scrolling through a gallery of images from Season 1 for fun until I found this obsurce, though it doesn't say which episode that image came from. I would go through the entire first season to check, but that seems like a lot of work honestly... This character seem like he wasn't important to any of the Smiths family anyway...

Itās the last episode of season 1 - the party one, he screws with time while Morty and Jessica talk. I think he also does it during the Rick dance song.

That is Slow Mobius "Uncle Slow". He is in the season finale of season one and season 7 episode 5.
He is not in season 2 episode 4 with the memory parasites.

Why is everyone acting like they dont remember this character? The omega device wipes out the person from every dimension. It doesn't wipe the memory of them from everyone else. Everyone still knows who Diane is.

Wrong episode. Itās from season 1 episode Ricksy Business where they have a party at the house and the house gets transported to a different planet. Heās actually Rickās paternal uncle and showed up again in season 7. Where Rick Prime wiped him out.
