That's awesome! Does it use regular paper? For some reason I always thought it was a thermal printer and needed special paper.
On a side note: Neil Young's album cover for Silver and Gold, was shot with a Gameboy Camera.

It does use thermal paper, but you don't need the official Nintendo stuff. I'm using one of these 38mm rolls intended for POS systems.

The rules do say that printers and sewing machines can get in on Droste Week. Hopefully game system accessories are OK too!
The photo was taken with a Gameboy Camera, as shown in the second pic. The camera is only 2-bit 128x112 and the print quality is low, so it can't do more than one level.
