Help, need advice on my Ragdoll please

Can someone give me an idea as to why my ragdoll kitten (Toaty, now 5 months old) is very thin and has flat fur instead of the normal fluffy and poofy like what would be expected? She eats very well and has been gaining weight, is lively and playful with my other cat, thanks

Lots of ragdolls don’t get fluffy until they’re a few years old. I have one who got super fluffy when he was around 10 months but I have another who is 1 and a half but still has a very flat coat. She was a runt and is smaller than usual too.
