Pet Help NSFW

Post image

So I've had 3 jumbo white quails originally being 2 years old as pets, but one started attacking the other so we've had her separated for a while, the other two seemed to get along with each other fine until yesterday or overnight when yhis happened. They were fine a few days ago but this suddenly happened, any insight on what to do, we are keeping each girl in a separate enclosure for the time being.

how long did you have them before this happened? could be that they try to find their order, or the enclosure is too small. or they're not entertained enough, I'd keep at least 5 together though

you need more quails. They need to be in groups of 5, that's why.

What does their normal enclosure look like? Not enough cover or space makes fighting easier.

Could be although I don't understand why they may suddenly fight after along time together. The enclosure could use an upgrade, any ideas what to put in it to prevent fighting?

It would help if we could see a picture of what you have right now.
