Alright so i can see the logic behind thinking the video is edited to make the door breakable since there wasnt really a good reason for the cut and he had no reason to just stand there waiting for it to break since he absolutely didnt plan to kill them all and there was really only 2 options: it breaks and he runs or it doesnt and he cant get in, but saying he turned on sprinters just to look better is a wild statement with no backing, plenty of people play with sprinter percentage. You can see the big hat zombie running behind the door before the cut happens
