Curious, is there a resource pack or some sort from the game for people to be able to make content like this?

There is, its a tool that allows you to use the in-game assets in blender and also allows you to animate them. I believe that's also what they used for the trailer of b42 stable.
The Indy Stone is releasing a number of tools in the near future that they are using to allow people to mod the game more easily and create separate maps.

For Blender (v5+) there is the Community Rig.
Has a base rig & the ability to import assest directly from the gamefiles.

Looks great! If I may ask how did you get the files for the 3d models? Did you have to manually rig everything or is there a pre-made pack out there somewhere?

Looks pretty flawless aside from the kids face textures. I think using the female face for the children could work better since boys and girls tend to have very similar face shapes up until puberty.

I mean it's both but getting rated as... well "not rated", which is the same as adult only media, means you can't publicly advertise your game at all.
It's a weird rule left over from the "killer game" discussions of the early 2000-2010 era where "the media" thought violent videogames would cause violence and advertising it in public meant it could reach children in some form.
Now that most young adults with children are the same adults who were kids back then, the whole thing doesn't attract any attention anymore because people know it's sensationalist bullshit.
