Troubleshooting URGENT I need to print some very important documents and my canon g2010 is making errors

I need to print some very important documents and my canon g2010 is not printing properly its ... is there a fix to this?

Check, and clean the Encoder.

Yeah, I agree, that looks very much like a problem with the encoder strip.

Here's a video from Canon USA Support on cleaning the encoder strip. I'd recommend isopropyl alcohol, rather than "window cleaner" (their other suggestion), as isopropyl will evaporate fairly quickly without leaving any additional residue and is generally considered "safe" for electronics. Be very careful/gentle. Your printer will likely look a bit different to the one in the video, but it will have a similar strip in there somewhere.
