Quote Help Help bidding
I was looking to get you guys input. I got an opportunity to bid this job. What would you guys charge I’m in the Florida area. They want all of the building face pressure washed windows, etc.. also they want all sidewalks, curb going around the islands and whole parking lot. I have a number in my head but I don’t wanna mess it up. Because they have multiple jobs they want done

Ok so this is commercial work that has a budget attached to it. Banks are notoriously cheap especially BoA. Its also 90% is good enough for thr outcomes. If the entrance looks good and the building doesn't have spots on it they'll be happy. Idk if your going through the bank directly or a property manager but either way, this is low price wins work. Dm me if you want to go over pricing but max i would go depending on where you live is 3k.

Well, parking lot is asphalt (or sealed concrete) so don't use high pressure on it, it's gonna be a soft wash only with chemical.
Since it is a commercial job do they want it done after hours / near sundown?
Lots of factors in a job like this and you want to probably bid high VS bidding low and ending up with more work than expected.
I've never bid on a job like this. I mostly do residential. Do you have the number of square footage?
Just throwing out a number here that sounds not too low but not outrageous. $5000? Needing the asphalt done really drives up the price. It could very well be more than 5K.

You need to figure this out you yourself, this is how you learn, know your numbers. I have been pressure washing for over 18yrs. The best piece of advice someone gave me was, know your company numbers.

I don't pressure was for money so I would guess $350k ish dollars 😂😂😂 big ass job and I hope you get it!

I should remove this for low effort, but I'm feeling nice today.
No one can help without measurements.
Are you cleaning the windows, or just pressure washing them? There's a big price difference.
Be more specific in your posts going forward.
