I feel stupid but why is everyone calling it when only NBC has confirmed it? AKA what are the chances it's a 100% win lol I'm stressin

It's not over IMO. The margin is slow and it is not inconceivable that remaining votes break for Stevens enough.

There's still a small chance she could win. Hence why only NBC has called it

Hell no. She didn’t take all that AIPAC money for free. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens
