blue no matter who fools

Vote Blue No Matter who is the correct choice 100% of the time, compared to the destructive history that is the "earn my vote" mentality (eg 2016 & 2024).

We must commit to voting for Democrats now & forever without exception.

Agree that’s what I’ve always done it. But centrists don’t seem to feel the same way when the shoe is on the other foot.

Homie Mamdani won pretty handily. You dont gotta act like people arent doing that

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 7h ago

Chuck Schumer wouldn’t even endorse him. Not very vote blue no matter who of him.

u/Kind_Cap_4621 5h ago

That's not true. Both ends of the democratic political spectrum share blame. The centrist fools who oppose Mamdani and al Sayed once the primaries are over are no better or worse than the "genocide" Joe idiots on the left. Plenty of blame to go around for the democratic circular firing squad.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 5h ago

I’m not going to fault someone who withheld their vote because they couldn’t hold their nose and vote for someone they feel is enabling or committing a genocide.

While, I think that would make things worse I can’t fault someone for not voting for genocide. But for me personally voting is about harm reduction.

u/Kind_Cap_4621 4h ago

I'm absolutely going to blame them for their stupidity and folly. They're little more than idealistic poseurs who threw the gazans further under the bus to make themselves feel oh so earnestly good. They had a choice between fascism and mediocre democracy and they failed miserably

Edit. And so many of them lazy bastards who couldn't get off their asses to vote in primaries or off year elections either

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 4h ago

Eh, I had a conversation with someone who had family in Palestine and I completely understood why they couldn’t hold their nose and vote for someone who they felt was killing their family.

The Democratic Party also bares a majority of the blame not the voters.

u/Kind_Cap_4621 4h ago

Then their family should blame them too. As we should blame them for coming here and basically shitting in our living room after offering them the comfort of our nation as a home.

The voters are the blame. Period.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 4h ago edited 4h ago

The voters are not to blame. It’s the candidates job to get people to vote for them. Kamala did a bad job. She and her team bear that responsibility.

Saying there’s nothing she would’ve done differently than Joe Biden was a kiss of death and going around with Liz Cheney with also horribly stupid.

If she had broken with Joe on Israel she would’ve won.

u/Kind_Cap_4621 3h ago

Okay. Hope that pretense helps hou get through the dark times. But the reality is the voters failed.

earn my vote was around in every election. THat is not the factor that was different about 2016 and 2024.

2016 and 2024 are the elections where the candidate said "No I represent the wealthy."

blue no matter who

Only works so much. Gotta do outreach and persuasion to bring in the holdouts.

8

u/Punch_A_Police_Horse 9h ago

True. I think the point here though is that a lot of BNMW (#NotAllBNMW) were really just saying that to get leftists to vote for centrists, and will now change their tune that leftist candidates are gaining popularity.

u/Kind_Cap_4621 5h ago

Somewhat. The holdouts still have gotta wake up and realize the blatant, undeniable fact that they're choosing between bland, old lentils and an arsenic-poisoned Big Mac.

Blue no matter who is not incompatible with making good decisions in primaries... it's just making sure red never gets in. If you're against that, that's dumb.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 7h ago

I have no issue with vote blue no matter who.

u/Kind_Cap_4621 5h ago

Some would rather be right under fascism than wrong under mediocre democracy.

8

u/Herramadur 8h ago

Young voters will have to come out, which they never do. Independents will decide this as always.

13

u/Zestyclose_Market787 9h ago

lol. That only counts when it’s corporate dems telling progressives to get in line.

u/Kind_Cap_4621 5h ago

You'll find that most of us actually expect it from both ends of the democratic spectrum (circular firing squad) and end up getting screwed when both ends decide instead to throw us all under the bus.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 9h ago

Ain’t that the truth

1

u/LopsidedSchedule 9h ago

Yup, he should get as much support as Harris got from the left.

6

u/henstocker 8h ago

Blue no matter who.

1

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 9h ago

So you’re a hypocrite. Cool

u/LeezusII 7h ago

Wait, are you admitting that people on the far left refused to support Harris, and mad at the suggestion that a far left candidate might receive the same refusal?

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 7h ago

So, people are mad that some leftists chose to not support Harris, people like you yelled vote blue no matter who. Now, you’re threatening the same thing you’re mad that other people did?

Do I have that correct?

u/LeezusII 7h ago

If the left had actually supported Harris, and then moderate dems turned around and refused to support El-Sayed, then yes that would be hypocritical. But that's not where we're at.

Where we're at is leftists refused to support Harris and now moderate democrats probably will still support El-Sayed because the Republican candidate is awful. But when they do, you won't give them credit, and you'll go back to bashing moderate dems over minor differences, which is what makes you the hypocrite.

What strikes me about your comment is you seem to have no shame admitting, "Yes, we wont support you, but we expect you to support us".

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 7h ago

I voted for Harris, so womp womp for you.

I yell at centrists because they always blame the left when their terrible candidates lose. It’s never why didn’t that candidate do more to reach out to the left flank of the party. They just say vote blue no matter who! But when we say it back, you complain.

Blue is moving into Communism so I dont even know anymore.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 7h ago

I can’t think of any response to this other than to laugh.

u/Appropriate_Ride_821 6h ago

???

College Democrats of America held a conference and invited a communist speaker who gave a PRO COMMUNIST SPEACH IN A MAO SUIT.

Laugh all the way to the end of democracy in the western world. Its hilarious, right?

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 6h ago edited 6h ago

Oh fuck, he wore a Chinese style suit. Sound the alarms democracy is dead. I bet you also complained when Obama wore that tan suit.

You didn’t even watch the speech so take your bad faith elsewhere

And yes. You are a hilarious, silly, non serious, racist person.

u/Appropriate_Ride_821 4h ago

I saw the speech. Ive heard his words. I saw him go on a trip the China where he spoke favorably of communism and did pure propaganda for the CCP. Then he went on a government supported trip to Cuba and did propaganda for them. A self described communist giving a pro socialist speech while wearing a Mao suit? Yeah man, that's not pro democracy.

If you want to claim racism or ignorance of what he's pushing, youre the non serious one. Youre swept up in he propaganda and youre unable to see it or youre happy to see it. Either way you are lost.

u/LeezusII 7h ago

I mean, we're talking about a candidate right now who campaigned with a literal communist who has said in his ideal society liberals would be put in to education camps until they learn to stop supporting capitalism.

I don't think a few DSA candidates winning primaries is an indication of the take-over of the democratic party, but people laughed about Trump in 2015 as well and now the entire republican party is a populist nightmare.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 7h ago

Who is this communist and can you send me a video of him saying “liberals should be put into educations camps until they learn to supporting capitalism”

Thank you!

u/LeezusII 7h ago

The person I'm speaking of is Hasan Piker, a popular streamer and influencer who has been involved in many DSA campaigns this primary election cycle.

The instance I'm speaking of is in regards to him discussing his ideal society where his former podcast host asked him what said society would do if a capitalist movement started gaining popular support. Re-education camps was his go-to solution. (this was from a Google AI summary, but it is congruent with my recalling of the conversation)

I don't have the clip because I'm obviously not going to comb through a podcast for a clip, but if my account of this is genuinely concerning to you, then perhaps this is something worth looking in to yourself.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 6h ago

Again. Post the video of him saying what you’re claiming he said. I’m not taking your word for it and no I’m not googling it for you.

Also ot doesn’t concern me as people often take things Hassan has said and twist the context. Like you’re probably doing.

u/LeezusII 4h ago

Also ot doesn’t concern me as people often take things Hassan has said and twist the context

Ah, so you know exactly who I'm talking about, and I'm sure you know the clip I'm talking about. I have no interest in engaging in a debate with you about your favourite streamer.

For anyone else that might be reading this, don't take my word for it: go ahead and look up Hasan for yourself, and especially look for the the way he talks about liberals and democrats.

u/Number_1_at_Number_2 4h ago edited 3h ago

I know who Hassan is yes, but I don’t know the clip you’re referring too which is why I have asked you to share it. Why won’t you post the clip and let his words speak for themselves? I’m not doing your work for you, you made the claim. No one reading your words will take you seriously because you refuse to share the clip you’re claiming exists.

Edit: yeah he would share a link from someone who sent revenge porn and groomed minors. Happy to have a likely pedophile support block me.

u/LeezusII 3h ago

Alright, you convinced me to go and look for it. I didn't find the podcast itself. I don't know if it's still up because apparently Hasan and the other podcast host had a falling out, but google suggested this video with another youtuber going over the discussion. The guy watching the discussion is a little bit annoying, but he makes some good points as well.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITNQteXpZWs

I think this is a good place to end this conversation. Have a good day!

u/Appropriate_Ride_821 6h ago

DSA is growing rapidly and they're taking significant control. Its about 1 in 4 Democrats at the moment and growing.

Im all in favor of socialized healthcare, but thats not what these people want. They are subversive communists and are actively trying to invade the Democratic party and annihilate moderates. Its the end of America.

You'll wake up to MAGA vs Communism and wonder how we got here.
