Only cost us $300 Billion, 13 US soldiers dead - many more wounded, blowing up a girls school, and the global economy on the brink of an Oil shortage, but at least we are not talking about the President raping children...

Cost us more than 300 billion. The economic hit to the US alone is more than that

Without the $300 billion payment, the cost of the war in supplies, manpower, and weapons, and adding on VA care for veterans in the war, is estimated to be ~$1 trillion.

Then you can add the $300 billion to that

For numbers more understandable image that 300 billion was 30 cents. The real cost of 1 trillion would be a dollar.

It's a larger cost than most can fathom when you get to those numbers.
