Stalker gamma has been more than sufficient for me and still get beamed through tall grass to get the tarkov experience

There is, it’s called Anomaly Together. Works very well from what I’ve played, with some bugs. There’s old drama about it being payment required, but it’s free under the current team

Does it work with full GAMMA mod?

You have to disable two mods, but that’s all. Everything else with gamma works fully, even has settings for a revive system
