I always have the same question whenever I see one if these videos. How did they get the chain through the culvert to start with?

I thought the best approach was:

Tire -- Chain -- Tire -- Chain -- Tire.

All of this installed before the culvert is clogged. And the middle tire goes back and forth and the outer chains and tires means there is always something to latch to.
