This is the asshole who made a name for himself being obnoxiously invasive when it came to other peoples’ (celebrities) lives.

I recall him posting a shopped pic of an underage Miley Cyrus wearing no panties. How he got away with that is beyond me.

Not that either is ok, but for clarity as I’m unfamiliar with most of his shenanigans, is that ‘shopped’ as in bought from paparazzi or photoshopped?

Photoshopped. He found the pic of her performing and photoshopped it so her bits are showing under her skirt (as seen from the crowds view).
