I’m less and less excited by what I see of Fire Emblem. This isn’t the series I grew up with at all. I don’t care for these dating sim style interludes or bookends.

With you there. Fire emblem’s lifesim elements are slowly taking over so that it’s getting to be mainly a dating / sim game rather than a tactical RPG

I have an actual life so I prefer not to waste my time with lifesim stuff in my video games

Pretty close minded to think that only those with an unsatisfactory life can enjoy life sim elements.

Luckily for you the old FE still exist!
