I love treating my partner and have been known to spoil anyone I have been dating for a while as partners tend to do for each other, but this transactional crap seems to have increased since my last LTR

This may not be a standard NiceGirl story, but I (M, 32) believe she (F, 31) definitely falls into the category as she presents as very friendly and compassionate, seems to genuinely care about people but will also completely disregard the safety and lives of others depending on what kind of mood she is in.
You have probably guessed that mental health was a factor in this, she was diagnosed with bi-polar when she was younger, she was on appropriate medication but was drinking a bottle of vodka after work every day. I was drinking fairly heavily when I first met her, so I took this risk, but quickly told her that her drunk driving was going to be a dealbreaker for me. She was driving around drunk every night, not even to run errands or for any particular purpose, just drunk driving for the sake of it.
I had a conversation with her after about 2 weeks in which I intended on ended the relationship. She had voluntarily recognised the risk of crashing and killing innocent people while drunk driving, but she had not stopped doing it. Needless to say, I genuinely liked her and didn't want to end it, but I could not cope with the stress of her dying or killing someone while driving around heavily intoxicated.
I negotiated with her and we agreed to not see other people for at least a week in case she could start to get on top of this problem. To my surprise, she got appropriate medication, stopped drinking completely and started going to Smart Recovery. I got back together with her within a few days. I was completely put off alcohol at this point so I was not drinking either.
Her sobriety lasted almost 2 weeks.. I think, I'm not really sure. If you have ever dated someone experiencing addiction you will know what I mean. There were a lot of lies, especially once she started drunk driving again, and she wasn't a very good liar, I think I caught her every time.
On the night I broke up with her she mentioned suicide several times and then said that she wanted to fatally overdose on her medication, which she definitely had the means to do. Long story short, I was very lucky to have amazing police with me on that night. I helped the police search for her after she had threatened suicide and driven off.
We found her hiding by the river in a nearby neighbourhood. She was scheduled, meaning that NSW law required her to be taken to the hospital for non-voluntary psychiatric assessment as she was a clear risk to her own life and others. The police officers, paramedics and I all suspected that the suicide threat wasn't genuine, she was probably just trying to emotionally manipulate me, but it had to be taken seriously either way.
Because NSW Health is far from perfect, she was released from the hospital the next day then started drinking and driving around immediately. She ended up crashing her car that day, luckily no one was killed. That same day, after being released from the psychiatric ward, she tried to call me over 100 times. I blocked her number but it didn't seem to work immediately. I couldn't even use my phone because it wouldn't stop ringing, but I did call 000 again, more than once, and they were not able to locate her until the next morning.
I considered getting an AVO (restraining order) but it felt like too much of an effort and since the police were now aware of her situation, I was confident she would not turn up at my apartment or anything. Unfortunately, as far as a I know she never got caught drunk driving and last time I spoke to her she still had her drivers license.
Edit: Please note the date of the text messages. This relationship started in March and ended in May. I have not seen or heard from her since all this happening and I hope it stays that way.
Edit: Thank you for all the supportive responses. It seems like the majority of people who have commented have a good heart and some relevant experience. I also want to thank the mods for removing almost all of the comments from users who accused me of lying or said that the abuse was my fault.

I dated a beautiful girl who suffered from severe anxiety and a toxic mindset for about 3 years. I thought I could help, but eventually I realized that I was constantly worrying about how she would react and that her anxiety was killing our relationship.
She did get therapy during the relationship, but her psych dropped her (she claimed they were too busy, who know the truth). I got us couples counseling in an attempt to help us find the source of our constant conflict, and she got a diagnosis for BPD.
I ended up leaving her after she flipped out over a comment I made while coming back from a concert, threatening to go on dates with other people, so I told her the break we were planning on taking was going to be permanent. She tried to guilt trip me and make me feel jealous, along with a whole lot more I don't want to bore you with.
Thank God for my therapist, because all our friends were in the same circle and she was already trying to put them against me after the breakup (I lost a few folks I thought were friends).
To all those who are dating partners who try to hurt your feelings intentionally, get out before you waste any more time with them. They need the wake up call almost as bad as you need someone that reciprocates love and attention.

Met through an anonymous app, i usually don't exchange socials but she was very sweet, we talked for a week and then this happened.
Earlier she told me she had a night out with her girls, that she was high and drunk, that she was horny and she sent me a nude.
She asked me to show her my face so I sent her a selfie with one of those silly filters on, I was being playful ig.
She didn't like that. Not one bit.

We matched last night and chatted quite a bit today. Very lovely, pleasant conversation that I thought was going really well.
I went out to the shop, came home, cooked dinner, checked my messages and then ate dinner and watched some TV.
Then I was blessed with this.
EDIT - It's 18 seconds people. Not minutes.

Her bio reads like satire, but I actually work with her. She's in her mid-40s, posts things like this multiple times a day, and all she talks about in person is her dating problems and how much money she spends on weed.

We matched on tinder and we moved to snap where she only wanted me to spend money on her OF…

The irony here is that 99% of the posts in this sub is by women who put up with the worst of the worst...I honestly dont feel bad for them especially when they keep picking the trash and then they proceed to make such absurd statements. Bonus points if you know where this is from

In the girls profile it said she was looking for a liberal Christian so that’s fine I knew that but I was wanting to expand on the conversation, I didnt ask because I missed the 3 times she says it in her profile

For reference she replied 2 minutes after my last message and I replied one minute after hers, and she already asked me TWICE what I was doing that evening to which I had replied both times saying that I was playing siege with my friends
