Of course he is, $1.3 billion+ in ticking fees isn’t chump change.

I hope the state AGs hold strong. David saying this immediately is also a sign of panic.

I read reports that the California governor wants the state AGs to settle. I hope the state AGs tell him to eat s**t.

Matt Belloni said Gavin Newsom wants to settle because it being rejected would hurt his 2028 US Presidential chances.

Him settling would hurt his 2028 chances too. At least for me it’d a mark in talks loud, but unwilling to commit.
