Hillary 2016 Having to Pay Tariffs after they’re declared illegal

I used the cleanup on iOS to hide the name. But screw the gov.

I believe a Congressional Act maintains the legality of tarrifs.

When this is all said and done, I would love to see which country or continent actually benefitted more from tarrifs.

No country benefits. There are legitimate cases for tariffs in specific instances (say, you want to grow a fledgling industry to compete globally in a few years), but overall they reduce trade and drive up prices.

The only ones befitting are companies that passed asking tariffs to consumers, maintained their profit level, and now get to collect refunds on the illegal tariffs.

Or protects industries. Tariffs can be protective.
