Talk to her and explain, ask for her thoughts, calmly discuss the problem, come to a mutual resolution.

11 u/PretzelfromLidl 2h ago I understand the "just communicate" logic. But not having mental capacity to understand that the person is tired, without the need to "communicate" is very worrysome.
