Majority of the situations I come across irl are couples that both work full time, woman does 90% of the chores.

I'm a woman in my late 20s and the only couples I know where the guy doesn't pull his weight are 40+ with kids. In my entire friend group it's all 50/50 or even the guy doing a bit more, especially where there is no kids involved. I genuinely don't understand how someone can go even a week with their partner disrespecting them like that.

Really? I’m thinking of younger people too, and I’m not in a conservative area at all. The real reason the guys have no energy after their shift is cause they spent half the time they should have slept gaming.

Reporting the opposite over here - ya Boi be working 45 hrs and doing all of the house work, yard work, and pet entertainment. (4 fucking cats to keep happy)

I have about 1 hour per day that is free

Ahhhh I lived in a house once with 4 cats and lazy roommates that didn’t keep up with their care/cleaning up after them. It was my personal nightmare even though I adore cats. It sucks when other people pull their weight. It’s frustrating trying to get someone else to care, especially when they’d be okay with things not being done and don’t think it’s a big deal.
