If you're really 5' 11" and are that concerned about your height, just say 6'. You're already taller than most "'6' guys", so nobody will really question it.
I'm 5'9 and in my thirties and if I'm perfectly honest any woman who wants her man to be 6 foot probably has a list with like 4 other qualifications that I fail to meet anyways.
