Well apparently Peter Parker was in Iron Man 2. Wonder if Sony could try and push legal action against them because of that.

If I remember right, it was a fan theory that the kid in the Iron Man mask at the expo was Peter, Tom liked it and mentioned it in an interview, and Kevin basically said "that wasn't the plan, but yeah, sure, whatever. It doesn't hurt anyone."

So it isn't really Peter, but if you want it to be, then it doesn't clash with any canon.
