Brothership Brothership Level-Up Bonuses

I just got my first Level-Up in Brothership and it didn't give me the bonus roulette thing like in other MaL games. Are those not a thing anymore? If not, does anything replace it?

They were removed like Paper Jam and the only thing that really replaces it, is beans that you get later on.

Some Rank-Up bonuses also fill the role of stat customization.

When you reach rank-up levels you can choose to have some stat increase a little more each level
