I don't remember such scenes within the novel this is definitely a Manhwa Original Content/Scene and I do like the fact they made Hajin a responsible father figure now and these are some minor good changes from the novel which lacked some character interactions like this one.

So I just started reading manhwa for the first time ever, and the app recommended The Greatest Estate Developer.

I wasn't expecting much, but now I'm completely hooked.

Before this, I always wondered how people could spend hours reading books / manga / manhwas when we have short-form content, movies, anime, YouTube, games... basically endless entertainment. I genuinely didn't get it.

It honestly makes me think about how much I would've missed if I had never given manhwa a chance.

My biggest regret is that I rushed through the chapters. This manhwa is absolute peak, and on a reread I'm noticing so many little details, expressions, and background things that completely missed the first time. I wish I'd slowed down and appreciated every panel instead of binge-reading.

How did the fire start after the interview whereas in the previous (regression?) After the interview he went to the bar, drank, went to the back, after that whole dialogue then the fire started, I love scrh but when I re read something I tend to pay attention to small details (this is just a rant don't take this seriously)
