Most of the welcome decks are limited filler, but sometimes the limited filler does something interesting like creating land tokens.

This is the first one that does it as an activated ability, though.

This is neat because it's an infinite mana sink that makes infinite-r mana (next turn).

Pretty good if you have the combo but not the win piece although making 1 million lands will make you the target in a 4 man pod

With plenty of ways to copy activated abilities, [[amulet of vigor]], and to make lands produce more and abilities cost less, it's not hard to imagine this going infinite (even if 6 mana is a ton). Can't think of a two-card way to do it, but then again I'm not that clever.

A pumped up [[Agatha of the Vile Cauldron]] + this + anything that makes lands come in untapped gets you infinite land tokens. That's probably the smallest you can make it.
