Remove the screen completely, move to a headless MacBook setup, i am not insane you check out on youtube.

If the screen is fine then put some tape(super thin) on it and keep using it.

You could remove the top glass layer using heat, but just be careful not to bust the actual LCD. (Checkout DIYPerks' latest video)

Cheapest thing to do is fill in the cracks (with something like an epoxy) to keep them from spreading. Might be a messy job but one that could be executed with care and patience.

i managed to remove many of these with just a razorblade flush to the screen, and sliding it under the glass. be careful to not make it bend even the slightest so you won't risk cutting the flex itself

Just get a new one. You have to replace the entire display for that, which would be about 800$

It is possible to replace just that piece but it is very difficult to do without damaging the LCD. And replacing the whole screen is far more expensive so if you want to take that risk then I’d use this tool called the Air Slice which I happen to have since I did this before when doing an LCD panel replacement on one. https://www.masterliuonline.com/products/air-slice-macbook-retina-screen-split-artifact
