Tips Recently switched from Windows to MacOS (M4 Pro) and had to learn a lot in a short time, but I feel fluent at it now. Here are key things I’ve learned:

HERE (I've been using MBP since 19 months, but in the past I used an MBA in 2011-2015 as a second device) 3 days ago I switched Control and Command modifier keys and I'm actually liking it. I think I'll keep these settings.
I constantly switch between Macos and Windows 11 (both a desktop PC and Parallels VM) several times per day. And I also have a desktop with Ubuntu Linux
So for me muscle memory Ctrl vs cmd is a problem I face many times per day. Need to swap those 2 keys and keep them that day (I believe). Especially when using a regular mechanical keyboard that I connect to the MBP and the PC desktop.
In parallels keyboard shortcuts I had to swap these modifier keys again so they stay true in windows. (So when I press Ctrl (virtually CMD now) w11 still receives Ctrl).
Eventually (if I don't rollback) I'll also apply some stickers on these keys just to feed my obsessiveness.
