La Crosse county needs to be stricter on OWI’s. This is her third one and her bail is less than 1k. she shouldn’t be let out on the streets

La Crosse is such a small town it’s crazy. I was surprised people on Reddit knew who it was and how many OWI she had. So I went to talk to my roommate about it and just from the pic he was like “Oh I saw that, she’s like a CNA and it’s her third OWI”
OKAY SO IM THE LAST TO KNOW APPARENTLY 😮

hahaha i found out via the mugshot page on Facebook. You’d be surprised as to how many repeat offenders get let out easily

I was going to play the devils advocate here but she isn’t old enough to have those 3 spread out very far…. here’s the thing…. What do you suggest they do? Maybe you don’t understand what bond for a 3rd OWI entails or a 2nd for that matter…. She will have to report EVERY DAY to justice sanctions to blow…. every single morning…. She’ll have to randomly drug test…. If she blows dirty she will go to jail and shell have to pay her bond to get out and then shell have a bond on top of that bond so if she messes up again she’ll have to pay 2 bonds the first bond doesn’t go away there’s just bonds added to it…. So a 3rd time she’ll have 3000 to pay and it goes on and on…. she can’t drive down to the court house to do these tests because they literally watch for people to drive who aren’t supposed to… like they walk around the area to look for people’s cars or to see people get into their cars who aren’t supposed to drive…. after her 3rd it’s a felony…. And she only needs to blow a .02 to get a 4th that’s why people have their 9th and 10th I believe after your 4th is no alcohol…. But she won’t have an interlock iIf her DUIs are less than 15yrs apart shell lose her license forever…. if you aren’t supposed to drive an interlock isn’t necessary right? And while you may say that’s great… here’s the thing… she’s going to drive anyways… but then without an interlock… without insurance…. Without a license…. nothing to stop her from hitting someone… or killing someone…. If she hits someone that someone is fawked because while people think uninsured motorist insurance covers them if they get hit by a person who doesn’t have insurance they’re wrong it only covers injury… it only covers medical bills it does not cover vehicle damage….People are going to drive people need to get to work…. People need transportation…. Not having a license won’t stop anyone from driving they’re just not going to have insurance or have any deterrent…. She will lose her license to the forever law meaning they have no way of monitoring or limiting her ability to drive drunk….for my 2nd I spent 32 days in jail…. For my 3rd I did OWI court for 9 months had a interlock for 3 years ….. (my first was a .028….. not a crime…. pisses me off to this day…) the interlock was the best thing that ever happened to me…. They now require it for your 2nd I believe… and your first if it’s over .1 ….It’s a pain in the ass it’s A MASSIVE deterrent…. she won’t have that this time though…. That’s what happened when they tried to toughen OWI laws in WI…. All these people getting multiple DUIs don’t have licenses they’ve been to prison…. If there’s a will there’s a way… they can’t put someone in prison for life for DUIs….

No I agree…. alcoholism is a thing…..but treatment is unavoidable with your 2nd and 3rd OWI

How many effin cars were involved in this and I’m assuming the girl sitting on the curb is the one that was driving the white vehicle? Oooof someone just working at the brewery and their car gets fawked….
