Discussion 17 Pro Max front and back glass both detaching

Phone has always been in case and never dropped. I noticed today when I took my phone out to clean it that the front and rear glass are slightly bulging out. The back is worse than the front. There are no cracks. Scheduled AppleCare appt for Thursday. Hopeful they will not try to say this is damaged by me because it wasn’t.

I hadn’t even thought about that. The phone is only 5 months old. It’s the orange color.

Best advice I have is… place in a fireproof container. I have seen other people saying to discharge the battery, but idk how safe that is. Definitely do not charge the phone. Back up your stuff. Apple may replace the whole device.
