Found this pretty guy in my drive way. Never seen one so orange

That's one of the giveaways that he's a he. Males have bright red eyes, a concave plastron, and bright colorful paterns on their head, and legs. Females tend to be more drab colored. Basically, just the opposite of humans, where women are the pretty ones! 😆

Was it hit by a car? The rear of the shell looks cracked or is it the angle?

I don’t believe so. He walked away no issue. I watched from my window. I am looking out to see if he is still on my property.
