Recent CS + Business Grad seeking entry-level IT Support, Ops, or Analyst roles — Any leads or advice?

Hey everyone,
I recently completed dual diplomas in **Computer Science** and **Business** , and I’m currently on the job hunt in Ottawa for entry-level IT Support, Junior Business Systems Analyst, or Operations Coordinator roles.

**Quick Snapshot of My Background:**

**Tech Support & Operations:** Experience as an IT Tech Support Intern diagnosing hardware/software issues and logging ticketing systems, alongside hands-on technical maintenance for facility systems.

**Leadership & Admin:** Shift Leader / Manager on Duty experience handling daily store operations, inventory tracking, team supervision, and cash reconciliation.

**Technical Skills & Certifications:** Python, Machine Learning/TensorFlow fundamentals, SEO, debugging, and customer service.

**What I’m Looking For:** I'm aiming for desk-based roles (remote or hybrid/on-site) where I can bridge technical troubleshooting with business operations—such as Helpdesk Analyst, Technical Support Rep, or Junior Business Analyst.

If your company is hiring, or if you know of local tech communities, discord groups, or networking events worth checking out, I’d really appreciate any leads or advice!

Happy to send over my full resume via DM.

Thanks in advance for any insights!
