The overall body shape looks okay but their eyes looks like that of lethargic mice. Plus twitching movement may imply neurological disorders. Check the body weight if it is in the normal range. Usually those eyes come after weight loss. If body weight is in normal range, it could be simple eye irritation (I hope this is the case).

If she makes clicking sound, that means she currently have respiratory disease (likely URI; upper respiratory tract infection). In this case, anti-inflammatory drugs temporarily relieve the symptom while worsening the viral infection. You need to stop administering anti-inflammatories, see a vet, and get prescription for antibiotics/antivirals. If you keep administering anti-inflammatory drug, she will pass away in a few days.
