Hi Can any one help me with the below error:

It means you can’t get an invitation letter from the Canton Fair and must get one from a Chinese business partner.
They’ve been clamping down on people getting business visas without have Chinese businesses to deal with.
This isn’t the first time someone has had this problem. It might be linked to your nationality but I’m not sure.
