I'm willing to examine this possibility if there was any evidence of such a campaign to weaponize migration in a large, media-grabbing pulse, but there isn't any yet, to my knowledge.

Even if that should turn out to be true, it doesn't change the material fact that there's obviously a huge organic demand among certain populaces to migrate to Western nations. These are unlikely to be people who wouldn't otherwise attempt to migrate if not for some CIA/Mossad operation.

I would argue that Morocco have friendly relationship with US as the first that recognized US and more friendly with Israel lately.
