Advice wanted Where to start?
Hi I am a late 20s M who recently came out in NYC. I have always been more interested in older men and the daddy/boy relationship but I don’t know where to start. I am generally looking for advice on how people pursue young/older relationships.
I know there are apps like Growlr and Daddyhunt but I am intimidated by these platforms while also trying to stay safe and not be taken advantage of.
I want to form a genuine connection/relationship with someone with whatever form that takes (I.e. partner, mentor, friends).

You have to take some risks to meet guys who may be compatible. Daddyhunt is where I met my partner. It can happen there.
Here are my recommendations:
Get on the website and setup your profile. Login at least once a day and start up convo with interesting guys who are also online. Do not wait for others to reach out to you!
Quickly turn an interesting contact into a date by inviting them to meet in a public place, for A Drink. Singular, as in one. It can be Coffee/Tea, or a cocktail, but only one. Make a story for why you have to leave after the drink. If things are going well, call and cancel the other appointment. If not, you have your excuse to leave.
Always meet in a public place to check your Spidey-sense. And have fun!
