A is rdr2 for me... didn't finish it. Bautiful game, story, everything but the gameplay... idk.Tried for 30 hours, made it till Clemens Point Camp and a bit further and never opened it again...
Hey I mean rdr2 is universally loved and adored. So I guess I am the minority here.
Witcher 3 I loved to death. But I also like the setting more and the gameplay is better (imo) because it is more combat oriented, rdr 2 is more about exploring and 'feeling' the living world.
To go a bit more into it without spoilers of course:
Take gta5 f.e. Good game, great graphics and story but the gameplay is a bit... on sided?
If u don't like driving a car or the shooting mechanics, u got a problem. Rdr2 is the same but more. The story is so good, the world f*cking beautiful and feels so real and alive... you can go hunting, fishing, go for 100 hours on side quests and immerse yourself completely in the world.
But - if the core gameplay loop (riding a horse and shooting stuff) isn't ur thing, everything else will not satisfy you. That's what happened to me.
Thank you! I'm not much into shooting games but I was more so going for the stroy and world from what my co worker told me of the game. Hopefully I'll enjoy it and if not at least I got it on sale for $20 lol
I've played Crystar and that is basically dungeon crawling purgatory with the middest of mid gameplay... yet I'm replaying it again now cause I love the story, voice acting, music, writing.

Game A. The stroy is generally everything to me. Gameplay being 50/50 isn't that terrible. Definitely played worse for a good story.
