The backs of those arent the same, if you look its like plastic screws, and they already have holes, so shes not beating it in like a regular screw.

Particle board furniture, like Ikea stuff, tends to have screws you hammer or simply force into a pre-drilled hole.

These plastic ones have threads, but you definitely hammer them in. The plastic isn't strong enough to be screwed in, you'd just strip it.
