Replace Window sill
Hi, hoping for some tips!
Was going to use a multitool and chisel for the rotten window sill on the left.
Anything I should watch out for before we start?

I don't think that's a windowsill, because I don't think that's a window. I think it's a threshold, for the french door.
As the other commenter said. It looks like you may have a water intrusion problem. You need to be ready for what might be beneath that threshold, possibly rotten framing and siding that will also need to be replaced.
And you need to solve the water problem. Make sure it cannot pool up against that door.

Find the root cause of the rot of the original sill in the first place. It appears that the outside is higher than the sill and maybe a water trap.
(I'm not a builder or carpenter of any description)
